Job Description

Company Background:
Our client is a Malaysia-based food manufacturing company specializing in bakery and pastry products. The company provides Halal-certified OEM solutions, offering a wide range of products from raw dough to ready-to-serve items. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and food safety, our client supports businesses in the food and hospitality industry by delivering consistent and efficient production solutions.

  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary cases

  • Manage domestic inquiries and ensure proper documentation

  • Advise management on IR-related issues and labour law compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements

  • Investigate workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions

  • Maintain records of disciplinary actions and case documentation

  • Support audits and HR compliance activities

  • Assist in policy development and implementation

  • Promote a positive and harmonious work environment
Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field

  • 3–5 years of IR/ER experience

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements

  • Good conflict resolution and communication skills

  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters
Location: Gelang Patah
Salary Range: RM4k - RM6k
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
