Job Description

We're a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help serve over 1,200 employees across Connecticut and New York... playing a vital role in the mission to discover, build, and celebrate the abilities in every person.

Location(s): Hybrid, 1-2 days in Bethel, CT office, other days are remote.

Schedule: Summer 2026, we can be flexible on hours!

Pay Rate: Unpaid (college credit only)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day administrative functions within the Human Resources department, supporting either the Employee Relations Team, Recruiting Team, or Training & Talent Development Team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college during time of internship.
  • Strong technology skills (experience with Microsoft Office Suite)
