Opportunities in Human Resources

As an HR graduate at Swift, you will contribute to shaping the employee experience and supporting business transformation.

You will work closely with HR and business leaders, gaining insight into how HR drives organisational performance in a global context.

We are looking for Graduates who:

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Show curiosity, learning agility and initiative

• Take ownership and accountability

• Collaborate effectively in diverse, international environments

• Act with integrity and sound judgement

• You should hold (or expect to complete) a university degree before the programme start date.

• Candidates with up to one year of professional work experience are encouraged to apply

• Fluency in English is required

Offer

We offer a competitive yearly salary of €56,000 (including 13th month and holiday allowance). Pension and insurances are paid by Swift. You’ll be based at our headquarters with great on-site facilities, including a sports centre and outdoor swimming pool.
