WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
You will grow your knowledge and experience over 12 months, to become a functional expert. The 12 months interval is divided into 2 periods, and during each period you will have a chance to work among 2 different HR departments Those departments are:
Global Solution Center
EMEA Talent Acquisition

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

Ensuring that open positions are posted on internal and external career sites, posting job advertisements on a variety of platforms from job boards and social media through to the McCormick careers portal.
Ensuring maintenance of candidate database, uploading of candidate details/CV to the database.
Supporting any external recruitment events and employer branding activities as appropriate.
Managing the interview booking process and coordinates logistic like: booking meeting rooms and scheduling interviews with both hiring managers and candidates.
Proactively responding to employee inquiries leveraging a variety of technology and manual administrative systems, processes, and tools.
Providing assistance in daily HR administration involving basic labor law rules, i.e., creating personnel files, maintaining data in SAP HR module, preparing employment documents.
Providing phone-based support to employees worldwide, offering guidance and resolution on HR-related queries.
Assist with basic system administration tasks in HR platforms.
Collaborate with a diverse, international team, developing cross-cultural communication skills and building lasting professional relationships with colleagues around the globe.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Student of 2 last years or recent graduate, preferably with a Human Resources / Law / Business related background
Adaptable individual, able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge
Strong team player, able to build strong, collaborative relationships
Fluent English speaker, French and Spanish will be significant advantage
Quick learner with very good analytical skills
Attention to detail
MS Office experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Interest in HR / Talent Acquisition
Compensation: starting from PLN 29250 gross per year STARTING SALARY (part time).
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
