We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in HRIS, labor relations, and training. This is an on-site role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct interaction with employees at all levels of the organization. The HR Generalist will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist the HR Manager in labor relations concerns, including handling grievances, negotiations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Act as the main point of contact in training-related requirements of all groups and divisions.
  • Support the onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Guide managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Perform other related tasks that will be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with specialization in HRIS, labor relations, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management.
  • Experienced in employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
  • Possesses advanced research skills and excels in stakeholder engagement to support organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in managing complex tasks and ensuring compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Must be willing to work in our Subic Bay office.
  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills
