  • Implementing our efficient and effective recruitment practices to attract, screen and select suitable applicants
  • Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and hiring managers; to be a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Managing onboarding of new employees
  • Collaborating, communicating and working effectively as a member of the wider KU People Services Team
  • Providing industrial advice to managers and employees supporting them through their KU Journey

About You

The you will be able to demonstrate the skills developed, ideally, through a prior in house recruitment role. Keen to progress your career and with a desire to go that ‘little bit further’, in short we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enjoy liaising with Centre Directors and Education and Quality Managers
  • A collaborative team approach
  • Demonstrated strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Previous HR and Recruitment function experience
  • Confident communication skills face to face and using phone/ Teams/ Zoom and email
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
