Job ID: 23391- HR Generalist (Manufacturing)

Location: Port Richey, FL 34668 – This position is onsite

Pay: $50,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on experience)

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday (standard business hours)

1. Serve as a key support within the HR department, focusing on hourly recruiting, employee relations, safety administration, and training coordination.
2. Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
   Support employee relations by coaching managers, addressing concerns, and assisting with disciplinary actions
   
3. Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
   
4. Administer safety programs, track OSHA compliance, and assist with incident reporting and investigations
   
5. Coordinate and support employee training programs, materials, and documentation
   
6. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, special projects, and administrative tasks
   
7. Provide employees with information regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
   Support front desk operations as needed

Nice to have:

• Associate’s degree or higher
• Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Must have 2–3 years of HR and/or recruiting experience (within a manufacturing environment)
• Must have knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Valid driver’s license required (up to 15% travel)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
