
We’re looking for a collaborative, service-oriented HR Generalist & Recruiter who loves building relationships, supporting employees, and finding top talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day—balancing recruiting, employee support, systems work, and cross-departmental collaboration.
As an HR Generalist & Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, while also supporting broader HR functions across the employee life cycle. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR team members to ensure a fair, equitable, and positive experience for both candidates and employees.

Qualifications
Exempt starting pay: $64,300 - $71,505 annually, depending on experience.
Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote and 3 days onsite per week). This position will require some training at our Salem, OR location.
