In the HR Generalist role, you’ll be a key member of our combined HR & Admin team, responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions across the entire employee lifecycle post-hire. You will be at the forefront of onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, disciplinary processes, and driving HR process improvements through systems, AI, and automation.We’re looking for someone who’s tech-savvy, proactive, and passionate about building a thriving workplace where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered.
What you will do:
  • Onboarding & New Hire Integration
    Own the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and integrated into our culture from day one.
  • Employee & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a central point of contact for employees, conducting new hire check-ins, HR chat sessions, and providing guidance for all HR-related matters.
    • Mediate and resolve employee issues, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Schedule and facilitate check-ins with department heads to discuss team dynamics, performance, and other HR-related matters.
  • HR Systems & Automation
    Champion the effective use of our HRIS and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
  • Performance Management
    Support performance review cycles, assist managers with underperformers, manage probation extensions, and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) up to the point of exit.
  • Disciplinary Management
    Be the custodian of our Code of Conduct, ensuring fair and consistent application. Advise people managers on disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws while protecting the company’s interests.
  • Team Support
    Provide hands-on support for HR & Admin functions as needed for company events, initiatives, or urgent business needs. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team during high-volume hiring periods.

How you will need to be:
  • Extremely proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and escalating complex matters only with well-thought-out proposals.
  • Able to build rapport and trust with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about using HR systems, AI, and automation tools.

  • Flexible and adaptable, ready to jump in and help wherever needed.

What you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with strong focus on onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippines labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, OMNI HR) and a strong interest in HR automation and AI tools.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and empathy.
