Are you passionate about creating a great employee experience and helping people thrive at work? As an pat time HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle in Brazil.

You will be part of a collaborative People team, helping to ensure smooth HR operations, strong employee engagement, and compliance with local employment legislation.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within internal systems.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and internal policies.
• Coordinate facilities and office supplies
• Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience and BEE.

What we are looking for

• Experience supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Good understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Fluency in Portuguese and a good working knowledge of English
• Hybrid model 3x2
