What you'll do
Controlling monthly Labor Cost
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain communication with Employees Representative
Create and implement HR process improvements and automation (such as HR dashboard, etc)
What you must have
Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in HR / manufacturing field is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have knowledge/interest in calculation of Labor Cost
Basic coding skills (e.g. Phyton, C++, etc) are preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must.
Able to speak Korean is an additional point.
