We are looking for an HR Generalist who views Artificial Intelligence as their most productive teammate. In this role, you won't just "use" tools; you will orchestrate them to remove the administrative "sludge" from the employee experience. Your goal is to automate the routine (scheduling, data entry, policy FAQs) so you can spend 80% of your time on high-value human interactions.

You must have 5–7 years of comprehensive experience to join our team and serve as a vital partner to our managers and frontline employees. In this role, you will drive consistency in HR practices across the organization, implementing and coordinating change initiatives that enhance overall organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for key deliverables including effective employee relations and leveraging a high degree of HRIS capability to streamline operations. As a business partner, you will facilitate the execution of HR policies and programs, provide coaching and counseling to line management and support our HRBP’s, as well as take a lead for both performance management and salary planning processes. Additionally, you will play a central role in coordinating and delivering management training and education to foster a culture of continuous development.

In office in the Tampa Bay Area.

What You Will Do

  • Provide business support on a variety of HR related topics to the departments/ managers assigned. Key areas of expertise: Facilitation, HRBP Support, Process improvement, Performance Management, Recommendations regarding policy and practice.
  • Work with HRBP’s and managers to solve day to day issues and employee relations opportunities
  • Support field HRBP’s manage projects or problems, involving HR.
  • Provide coaching to managers and supervisors regarding performance, discipline and other related matters.
  • Is experienced in dealing with employee relations issues and investigations and provides guidance to other team members.
  • Develop and deliver training in key areas of HR responsibility including, but not limited to orientation, coaching, and supervisory training.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Should come from a multi-location organization with 1,000 employees
  • Robust AI skills
  • Knowledge in employment law, compensation, HRIS, training, and employee relations.
