HR Generalist - Nordics

As HR Generalist for our Nordics region, you will be part of the People Services Organisation and support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in delivering tactical HR services, supporting employee relations, and ensuring effective local execution of global HR initiatives.
The role requires a strong on-site presence, working at least 3 days per week, spending time at our office at Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) and Lysaker office
Vanderlande is the global market leader in logistic process automation for airports and parcel markets. You will join the People Services Organisation, working closely with local and global HR colleagues to support a strong people and culture agenda across the Nordic region.
