Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding and induction processes, providing new hires with all necessary tools and information.
- Maintain employee records with precision and adhere to legal compliance requirements.
- Assist in performance management processes, supporting employee development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing HR inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in HR management software and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
