As an HR Services Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner to employees, supervisors, and managers by providing guidance and support across a wide range of Human Resources services. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee support, labor relations, HR administration, and process excellence while working closely with manufacturing operations. You will play a critical role in delivering a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting the organization's people strategy. Working within our constructive culture, you will continue developing your expertise through coaching, collaboration, and leadership support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Support union-related activities and maintain effective labor relations practices.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, transfers, status changes, and terminations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
• Administer and follow up on HR service requests and employee inquiries through case management or ticketing systems.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR requirements.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to provide timely and effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR Services Advisor role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT), labor relations, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience managing employee records and ensuring data integrity.
• Experience providing direct support to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, cases, and processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with HR service management or ticketing systems.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of policy development and HR process improvement initiatives.
