We're Hiring: Human Resources Manager!

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead human resources initiatives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, HR operations, employee relations, compensation & benefits strategies and HRIS system to foster a positive workplace culture and drive organizational success.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Fully onsite {Work From Office}
Role: Human Resources Manager, Generalist
Industry: Direct Selling
Remuneration: Up to RM13,000

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily human resources operations, acting as the primary contact for employees and managers
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Manage performance appraisal systems to enhance workforce productivity
• Conduct employee surveys to assess workplace satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  

 What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Generalist, at least 3 years in managerial role
• Experience with C&B, HRIS systems
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
