The HR Generalist manages multiple priorities such as HR-related payroll functions, leave of absence and benefits administration, and full-cycle recruitment. The HR Generalist also ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, aligns IHC’s mission, vision, values, and strategic plan with their role responsibilities, and serves as a trusted partner to IHC staff and managers.
