The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting key human resources functions with a strong emphasis on leave administration (FMLA), regulatory compliance, and payroll processing. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while delivering high-quality HR support and accurate, timely payroll services. With 5–8 years of professional HR experience, this role serves as a trusted partner to employees and leaders. This is an onsite position working at the corporate headquarters 4 days a week in Brookfield, WI.
