As an HR Generalist, you manage diverse HR functions, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You help develop and implement HR policies and procedures, act as a key contact for employees and management, and provide guidance on HR-related issues. Your role fosters a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through continuous improvement and engagement.

Objectives:

As an HR & Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for cooperating with different stakeholders to meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncover the best Tech talent in the market. This includes all activities related to our recruitment process, hiring managers and applicants both on an operative and strategic level.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes and local recruiting strategies for our fast-growing business;
  • Job Advertisement management and development of recruitment-related LinkedIn posts;
  • Interview process management and responsible for first interviews;
  • Define sourcing strategies for the best talents, proactively or depending on the business needs;
  • Create and maintain a good pipeline of suitable candidates for recruitment processes;
  • Having a consultancy mindset – Act as Relationship manager for candidates, hiring managers & 3rd party providers if applicable;
  • Prepare recruitment, onboarding, and HR data to present to management;
  • Attend and/or organize networking and employer branding events/conferences in key recruitment regions when relevant;
  • If necessary, Support HR activities – Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits & Compensation, Learning & Development, DEI, Employer Branding, among others;
  • Provide strategic support for operational HR functions, including onboarding procedures, with a focus on optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement of culture by fostering an environment where feedback is valued and acted upon.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree (or comparable higher education) in social sciences, HR, management or other related courses (preferable);
  • +2 years of experience in similar roles (in IT consultancy companies preferable);
  • Good sourcing skills and previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks;
  • Client orientation and high expectations of service delivery, and a strong focus on candidate quality;
  • Previous proven stakeholder management skills, being able to advise the management team;
  • You have demonstrable candidate market knowledge in Portugal;
  • Good communication skills, a high level of self-responsibility, self-initiative, and the ability to interact efficiently;
  • Good negotiation skills and assertiveness, especially under pressure;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Results-oriented and team-player attitude;
  • Experience with MS Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint;
  • Speaks & writes English fluently;
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors, Jira and Confluence is a plus.
