Job Title: HR Generalist – Corporate Functions & Global Product Strategy

Location: Cracow, Hybrid (3 days a week from office)

The HR Generalist provides high‑impact, end‑to‑end HR support across Corporate Functions & Global Product Strategy. This role strengthens execution, ensures compliance, and elevates HR service quality in a complex environment characterized by senior stakeholders, sensitive employee relations topics, and constant organizational change.

Based in Cracow and reporting to the Head of HR – Corporate Functions, GPS & Switzerland, The HR Generalist partners closely with HR leadership and HRBPs to strengthen HR effectiveness through robust operational support, strong data quality, and consistent HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and coordinate core HR cycles (performance management, talent & development, compensation reviews, annual HR planning) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare compensation templates and conduct first‑level data analysis to support informed decision‑making.
  • Maintain rigorous Workday data quality, accuracy, documentation, and compliance across Corporate Functions, GPS, and Swiss populations.
  • Support employee relations and labor‑related cases, ensuring fair, confidential, and compliant handling and documentation.
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees
  • Support organizational initiatives such as job architecture implementation, engagement actions, and performance improvement processes.
  • Contribute to functional and cross‑functional HR projects, with strong focus on Corporate Functions (including IT), ensuring consistency, governance, and on‑time delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role within a complex, international, matrixed organization.
  • Strong employee relations sensibility and the ability to manage sensitive cases and confidential information with sound judgment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, process discipline, and a strong execution mindset.
  • Solid analytical capability and strong user‑level knowledge of Workday.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
