En The Clorox Company buscamos un/a HR Generalist para apoyar la ejecución de estrategias de Recursos Humanos y procesos de personas en el cluster CCAM (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama y Ecuador)
Este rol trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los HR Business Partners de poblaciones de manufactura y administrativas, asegurando la implementación de iniciativas clave de HR como relaciones laborales, engagement, procesos de talento, onboarding, comunicaciones, bienestar, performance management y cumplimiento normativo. Serás un/a habilitador/a operativo fundamental para garantizar una entrega consistente de HR y una experiencia de empleado sólida en toda la región.
In this role, you will:
Ejecutar estrategias y planes de HR definidos por los HR Business Partners.
Apoyar procesos de relaciones laborales e investigaciones, asegurando cumplimiento con regulaciones locales.
Coordinar procesos de talento onboarding, performance management, capacitación, engagement y bienestar.
Brindar soporte táctico a equipos de manufactura y administrativos, garantizando consistencia en procesos.
Gestionar reportes, coordinación con proveedores, facturación y seguimiento de presupuestos
Participar en proyectos de HR y mejora continua, identificando oportunidades de estandarización y eficiencia.

What we look for:
3+ años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos en organizaciones multinacionales.
Experiencia apoyando poblaciones de planta y administrativas.
Conocimiento en relaciones laborales y compliance.
Experiencia en procesos de talento adquisición, desarrollo, performance, sucesión.
Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología areas afines o experiencia equivalente.
Habilidades numéricas y analíticas sólidas ( Excel avanzado)
Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades en organizaciones matriciales
Inglés intermedio/avanzado preferido
Actitud de servicio, energía alta y deseo de aprender y crecer
Organización y seguimiento
Comunicación y construcción de relaciones
Resolución de problemas y orientación a la ejecución
Adaptabilidad en entornos multiculturales
Proactividad y actitud de servicio
