We're looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In this role, you'll help shape the employee journey—from recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and HR initiatives—while making a lasting impact on our culture and team member experience.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit and attract exceptional hospitality talent.

  • Create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.

  • Partner with department leaders to support staffing strategies and workforce planning.

  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging workplace culture.

  • Support employee relations, recognition programs, and HR initiatives.

  • Help drive team member engagement while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

  • A collaborative, approachable HR professional with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys building relationships and helping others succeed.

  • Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
  • Create job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members
  • Support team members and managers with HR-related questions and guidance
  • Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs
  • Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Support HR projects, training programs, compliance initiatives, and process improvements
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with California labor laws, company policies, and hiring practices
  • Translate and communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Recruiting and onboarding experience strongly preferred
  • Hospitality or resort experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
