We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Experience team in Barcelona and help us continue building a great employee experience. In this role, you will take ownership of core HR processes such as employment documentation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and day-to-day employee support, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with company values and local regulations. You will also be involved in end-to-end recruitment for Spain as part of our wider Talent Acquisition team, supporting business growth through thoughtful hiring processes and contributing to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. • Prepare employment documentation such as contracts, amendments, and certificates in line with Spanish employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR processes, policies, and day-to-day queries.
Collect, validate, and prepare monthly payroll inputs (salary changes, bonuses, and other variable payments) for processing via PayFit.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and employee queries.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in Spain as part of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen FCTG Spain’s presence in the market.
  • Support internal mobility and career development initiatives together with the People Experience team.
  • Take part in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, tools, and the overall employee experience.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in Spain or an international environment.
• Experience across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee support.
• Comfortable working with HR systems (HRIS/ATS) and digital tools.
A people-first mindset, with empathy, good judgment, and a strong focus on employee experience.
• Pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
