This role in summary

Whirlpool is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist, Senior Analyst, Business HR to join our Global Human Resources organization in Benton Harbor, MI.

You will be a part of our Professional HUB team, reporting directly to the Professional HUB leader.

You will support execution of our People Excellence strategy by providing consultation to People Leaders and, by executing key projects to enable the BU strategy, leveraged by technology and HR tools.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Execute HR processes and provide program support
  • Advise and coach People Leaders for inquiry and issue resolution tickets
  • Executes key strategic projects as assinged in a broad range of ares, as prioritezed by the business Unit
  • Support HR annual processes and activity cycles through partnerships with the COE and Business HR. These process includes: Talent Assessment, Development and Engagement for example
  • Partner with Business HR to identify and deliver HR projects that will enable key business unit results
  • Identify, develop, and drive process improvements through data analytics, feeding into the other HR areas

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience
  • 1+ years of Project Management experience
