The HR Generalist provides support for the Operations divisions within A&K. Supports recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, safety, and other employee-centric processes. Develops and supports HR and related data analytics. Administers new hire processes and new employee orientation and service excellence. Assists with improving employee engagement and supports HR training sessions for employees and managers. Performs payroll functions, supports and assists with benefit programs and processes as well as other administrative functions.
