HR Generalist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from profile matching and candidate screening through to onboarding
• Supporting the smooth integration and onboarding of new employees
• Preparing employment contracts, amendments and other employment-related documentation
• Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers on various HR-related topics
• Supporting the implementation, preparation and continuous improvement of HR processes
• Handling administrative tasks related to the entire employee lifecycle
• Preparing HR-related reports, statements, presentations and other documentation
• Supporting HR projects and taking responsibility for assigned project tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree
• Previous experience in a HR Generalist role or a similar position
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Fluent Hungarian language knowledge
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, German language skills would be an advantage
