The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting HR operations and implementing HR programs across the employee lifecycle. This role works independently on routine HR tasks and collaborates with teams to ensure effective service delivery.
This job profile is intended for specialist professionals that apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.
This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large organization. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. Assist in performance management and employee relations. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Contribute to HR reporting and compliance efforts. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
