Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with school/company policies and Egyptian labor law.

An HR Generalist handles a broad range of human resources functions, including:

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Managing employee records and HR documentation
• Administering payroll and benefits
• Supporting performance management and employee development
• Ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws
• Handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues
• Coordinating training and development programs
• Supporting HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of English is preferred.
