We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support managers and employees across several Ingersoll Rand entities in France. Based at our Airmax site in Bourges, this position plays a key role in delivering operational and strategic HR support while partnering closely with business leaders.
Reporting to the Leader RH Opérations France, you will act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees.You will be responsible for implementing the Group’s HR policies, supporting teams in their day-to-day challenges, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support and advise managers on all HR-related matters;
* Oversee payroll and personnel administration activities;
* Ensure the accuracy of HR data and payroll inputs;
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives;
* Manage individual and collective employee relations;
* Deploy and monitor learning and development plans;
* Produce and analyze HR reports and metrics;
* Lead and support HR projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Master’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent;
* 7 to 10 years of experience in a Generalist HR role;
* Proven experience overseeing payroll activities;
* Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations;
* Professional level of English (written and spoken);
* Valid driving licence.
TRAVEL & WORK ARRANGEMENTS
This position is based at the Airmax site in Bourges.
Regular travel representing approximately 50% of working time is required to support managers and employees across Gardner Denver locations in the North-West region of France, including Moissy-Cramayel, Annecy, and other operational sites as required.
A company vehicle is provided for business travel.
