Job Description

Lincoln Tech is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver a seamless, high-quality employee experience while supporting the administration and continuous improvement of our HR programs and operations. You'll serve as a key connector across our HR function, providing consultative and operational support to employees and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position in Parsippany, NJ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or geographically dispersed organization
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state employment laws
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ADP Enterprise V6 preferred
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Collaborative, customer-service-oriented mindset with a passion for improving employee experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource and first point of contact for employees and managers
• Support employees throughout the full employment lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, and promotions
• Develop internal communications and HR initiatives that promote engagement and a positive workplace culture
• Maintain integrity of employee data and HR transactions within the HRIS
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Partner with Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll to ensure seamless HR service delivery
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities
• Build relationships with field HR partners and campus stakeholders to strengthen collaboration
