Responsibilities
HR Generalist is responsible for providing day-to-day human resource support while managing the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs for operation(s) in which they are assigned to. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruiting, onboarding, administration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS-specifically Oracle, ADP, Dimensions, and HireRight), employee relations, training and development, benefit administration, compensation administration, organizational development, and compliance. The HR Generalist also serves as liaison between employees and managers, balancing the needs of both parties with the overall goals of the organization. This position will be based in the office at Bettsville, OH , with occasional travel to other sites in the OH Region (River Rouge, MI; Grand River, OH; Erie, PA; Millersville, OH)
