Job Description
This position is designed for a structured and motivated Human Resources professional to take full ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, benefits coordination, and payroll management. Operating as a core administrative pillar, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between talent acquisition and ongoing operational support, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, precise contract management, and rigorous digital record maintenance. You will oversee time and attendance validation, manage the monthly payroll cycle alongside external suppliers, and optimize employee benefits programs with external brokers. This opportunity offers a dynamic environment where an operational expert can directly impact organizational efficiency, service levels, and overall employee satisfaction through data integrity and reliable HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Onboarding & Lifecycle Administration: Manage new hire documentation, execute internal employment contracts or addendums, govern individual digital folders, and coordinate user accesses to operational and management platforms.
- Full-Cycle Payroll & Time Attendance Governance: Validate monthly time and attendance data: incorporating overtime, vacations, and absences—while executing the payroll cycle and coordinating admissions or terminations with external providers.
- Benefits, Insurance & Occupational Health Oversight: Communicate personnel updates to insurance brokers, audit invoice approvals for accounting, maintain the benefits portal, and schedule mandatory occupational health exams and work accident reports.
- HR Metrics Reporting & Cross-Department Collaboration: Compile data for global HR tracking systems and management dashboards, analyze monthly full-time equivalent (FTE) allocations, and deliver specialized tool training to newly appointed team leaders.
Requirements
- Professional HR Experience: Hold between 2 to 5 years of proven experience within generalist HR operations, payroll execution, benefits administration, or employee relations.
- Legal Compliance & Analytical Acumen: Solid understanding of local labor laws and regulatory compliance, paired with strong numerical skills using MS Excel for data handling and reporting in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Interpersonal Skills & Change Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities, combined with the capacity to guide employees through organizational changes and address policy queries with empathy.
- Integrity & Core Values: High ethical standards, absolute discretion in managing confidential employee records, and an autonomous, detail-oriented approach to maintaining transparency and fairness.
