The HR Generalist provides comprehensive day-to-day HR support across a range of HR functions. This role is primarily focused on operational execution, ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate documentation, and consistent support to employees and managers. A strong understanding of HR information systems (HRIS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools is essential for success in this position. Familiarity and hands-on experience with Workday will be considered a strong advantage The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR team and line managers to implement policies, procedures, and programs in line with company standards.
