Human Resources Generalist
Payroll processing and benefits administration will be the primary focus of this role, while also supporting broader Talent Experience initiatives. Join a team of professionals in a dynamic environment that provides critical support to business units and helps drive organizational success.
As our organization continues to grow through system enhancements and acquisitions, we are expanding our Talent Experience team to provide additional support.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Experience, this role will primarily focus on payroll administration while also supporting benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding activities, compliance efforts, and general HR operations. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse workload that may include bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliations, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll & HRIS Administration
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple pay groups.
- Update and maintain employee information within ADP Vantage (HRIS).
- Assist with HRIS maintenance and personnel file management.
- Track performance review documentation, process salary changes, and maintain related records.
- Support the HR team by managing overflow payroll and HRIS-related tasks as needed.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately.
- Support offboarding processes, including collection of company property and completion of separation documentation.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth employee transition experience.
Benefits Administration
- Assist employees with understanding and enrolling in company benefit programs, including:
- Medical
- Life Insurance
- Disability Benefits
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Leave of Absence (LOA)
- Workers' Compensation
- Unemployment Compensation
- Track new hire benefit eligibility and support enrollment activities.
- Prepare materials and support annual open enrollment processes.
- Reconcile benefit invoices monthly and coordinate timely payment with Accounting.
- Perform monthly payroll and benefits reconciliations.
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Partner with the Talent Experience team to ensure compliance and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Support HR recordkeeping, audits, and documentation efforts.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong emphasis on payroll processing.
- Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), preferably ADP Vantage or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
- Ability to effectively support multiple business units and newly acquired organizations.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to respond to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, as this role supports teams across Latin America and the Caribbean.
