
Human Resource Generalist (Full-Time)
The Company
Our client is a well-established, nonprofit behavioral health organization serving St. Petersburg and the surrounding communities. They are committed to providing quality care and fostering a supportive, professional work environment for both staff and clients.
The Position
Our client is seeking two (2) Full-Time Human Resource Generalists to support the organization’s recruitment, screening, onboarding, and hiring processes. These positions are fully onsite Monday through Friday in St. Petersburg, FL.
Compensation & Benefits
• $65,000 per year
• $31.25 per hour / 40 hours per week

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30AM – 5:00PM
• Fully onsite in St. Petersburg, FL
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
• Minimum of five (5) years of HR recruiting and onboarding experience required
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Experience with HRIS systems required, preferably ADP
• Knowledge of employment law and labor regulations related to recruitment and onboarding
• Strong organizational, professionalism, and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
• Nonprofit experience preferred
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and insurance required
Responsibilities
• Support all aspects of recruitment, screening, hiring, and onboarding
• Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
• Utilize HRIS systems and maintain employee records
• Assist with onboarding and training coordination
• Partner with management regarding hiring needs and recruiting initiatives
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process
Additional Requirements
• Negative drug screening required prior to hire and throughout employment
• Clear criminal background screening required, including DCF Level II
• Fingerprinting required
• Must be determined to be of good moral character in accordance with Florida regulations
