ERPA is seeking a resourceful, responsive, and detailed oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist who will organize, coordinate, and support human resource projects and daily processes. In this role, the HR Generalist will work with the VP Human Resources to fulfill a variety of HR tasks including onboarding, recruiting, records management, immigration support, benefit support, and SOP documentation. This role works out of our Dublin, Ohio office.
This position will require the use of the companies HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, so strong computer and organizational skills are necessary. Noting the above, a successful HR Generalist at ERPA must be detail-oriented, flexible, personable, have strong technical skill, and an acute knowledge of HR laws and operational protocols.
