Years of experience – 4 to 6 years
The HR Generalist plays a key role in driving people strategy by partnering with business leaders and owning end-to-end employee life cycle. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Align HR initiatives with business goals
Manage HRMS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements
Design and drive employee engagement programs to improve retention and culture
Manage talent management processes including performance cycles, succession planning, and career frameworks
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute Learning & Development initiatives
Analyze HR data and metrics to generate actionable insights
Understanding of talent acquisition and headhunting techniques
Ensure policy compliance and drive best practices across HR operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field MBA in HR preferred)
4–6 years of progressive HR experience with exposure across multiple HR functions
Hands-on experience with MyWorkday HRMS and HR analytics/reporting tools
Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders and managing stakeholders
Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, L&D, and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
