Join Pitney Bowes as HR Generalist

Location – Noida(in-office)

Payroll – Third Party Payroll(Contractual)

Years of experience – 4 to 6 years


The HR Generalist plays a key role in driving people strategy by partnering with business leaders and owning end-to-end employee life cycle. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align HR initiatives with business goals

  • Manage HRMS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements

  • Design and drive employee engagement programs to improve retention and culture

  • Manage talent management processes including performance cycles, succession planning, and career frameworks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute Learning & Development initiatives

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to generate actionable insights

  • Understanding of talent acquisition and headhunting techniques

  • Ensure policy compliance and drive best practices across HR operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field MBA in HR preferred)

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience with exposure across multiple HR functions

  • Hands-on experience with MyWorkday HRMS and HR analytics/reporting tools

  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders and managing stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, L&D, and talent acquisition

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
