Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Group and play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the organization. This role contributes to building a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliant, effective, and people-centered HR operations. You will be part of a collaborative HR team supporting our U.S. operations and internal stakeholders.

This role supports the daily operations of the Human Resources function and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with employees, managers, payroll, benefits providers, and the Talent Acquisition team while supporting HR initiatives at the local level.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Serve as the frontline HR resource, responding to employee questions and concerns while providing guidance and coaching
  • Administer employee leave programs including FMLA, PFML, ADA, short-term disability, and other company leave policies
  • Oversee workers’ compensation claims, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate HR records related to new hires, transfers, terminations, and job changes in ADP and SuccessFactors
  • Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries
  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Coordinate and support training and development initiatives across the organization
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and staffing agencies to support recruiting efforts
  • Administer and support employee benefits programs including open enrollment activities and benefits communications
  • Maintain I-9 documentation and ensure proper record retention
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and company events
  • Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives, projects, and documentation
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive mindset
