How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
SPX is a diverse t eam of unique individuals who all make an impact. HR Generalist is responsible for partnering with leadership team to drive implementation of HR processes and initiatives to meet objectives of the business and develop an efficient, engaged, and inclusive workforce. This is a hands-on position that supports the manufacturing plant and leadership with a focus on recruiting, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Compensation Disclosure
The expected compensation for this position is between $50,000 to $78,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role, based on factors such as qualifications, experience and market conditions.
