Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support key human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience and grow within a dynamic environment. Working closely with HR leadership, the HR Generalist will assist in day-to-day HR operations, support employee-related matters, and help ensure a positive and compliant workplace. This position offers exposure to a wide range of HR activities and opportunities to develop deeper expertise over time.

Your Responsibilities

Employee Relations Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries and HR-related questions
  • Support employee relations activities, including documentation and follow-up on workplace matters
  • Partner with HR leadership on investigations and more complex employee situations
  • Help promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment data

Compliance & HR Administration

  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and policy updates

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Demonstrate interest in emerging tools (including AI) to enhance HR operations

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience
  • Exposure to employee relations, recruiting, or HR operations
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred
  • Interest in AI tools or digital HR solutions is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR function
