•Maintain HR policies
•Maintain overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
•Introduce new employees and training for employees
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Facilitate training and development programs
• Responsibility for annual leave and attendance records
• Check employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Support HR Manager & Total Rewards to execute the company’s rewarding system and C&B
• Administer the company's compensation and benefits in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position.
• Be responsible for the monthly payroll, including the cost analysis and individual income tax declaration.
• Be responsible to support for annual merit review and annual salary increase recommendation.
• Support yearly employment budgeting.
• Coordinate with relative counterparts regarding the centralized C&B guidelines and initiatives.
