Role: HR Generalist, Middle East (Saudi National Only)
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Reporting to: Country HR BP Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations in Saudi Arabia and provide effective support across the employee lifecycle. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, handling employee relations matters, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to HR process improvement and reporting.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Support HR team members by providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and conducting initial screenings.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
• Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.
• Support line managers in addressing organizational and people-related issues, providing guidance on best practices and policies.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across countries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators.
• Manage medical claims and employee clearances.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee data and records management.
• Prepare and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Well-versed in KSA Labor Laws.
• 5-6 years of experience in an HR-related field.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business tools.
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational company or within the Middle east region.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in KSA.
• Experience in HR generalist functions and specialist functions such as recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Oracle & SAP.
