ABOUT THE ROLEThe HR Generalist supports the execution of people programs and HR initiatives aligned to the business objectives across assigned areas of the organization. This role works closely with the HR Business Partner and People Relations team, as well as HR Centers of Excellence to provide consistent, high-quality HR support to leaders and employees. The HR Generalist focuses on operational excellence, leader enablement, and employee lifecycle support to ensure effective delivery of HR processes, programs, and employee experiences.
ABOUT YOU
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Licensure/Certifications: None required.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR or a people-focused role + experience supporting HR programs, employee lifecycle processes, or leaders preferred.
