  Provide daily HR support, manage employee records and documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements.

  Assist with recruitment (job posting, shortlisting, interviewing) and facilitate smooth onboarding/orientation for new hires.
• 
  Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries, support engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, and internal communications.
• 
  Support the implementation of performance review cycles and employee development plans.
• 
  Coordinate employee exit processes, prepare final documentation, and assist with HR reporting and compliance submissions.
• 
  Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and overall employee experience.
• 
  Assist HRBPs in executing HR projects and strategic initiatives across both entities.

• 
  A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.)
• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• 
  Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour law, and compliance.
• 
  Experience with multiple entities/business units and HRIS platforms (Recruitee, Lattice) is advantageous.
•
