Our HR team ensures that employee lifecycle processes run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently across the organization. As an HR Generalist, you will focus on HR administration, payroll coordination, benefits management, documentation, and continuous process improvement through automation and tool implementation.
This role is essential in maintaining compliance, operational excellence, and a seamless employee experience across our teams. Because this is a people-oriented role, visibility and collaboration matter, which is why this position follows a hybrid working model.
Administer employee lifecycle documentation, including contracts, amendments, leave documentation, sick leaves, and personnel records in compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
Coordinate payroll processes, ensuring accurate preparation and submission of data related to compensation, absences, benefits, and employment changes.
Manage employee benefits administration, supporting enrollments, updates, vendor communication, and employee inquiries.
Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation standards.
Participate in HR process automation initiatives, contributing to the implementation and optimization of new HR tools and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Support compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations, ensuring policies, internal labor rules, and occupational health & safety standards are properly followed.
Prepare HR reports and documentation, supporting internal audits, leadership requests, and regulatory requirements.
Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and personnel documentation processes.
Experience supporting payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems.
Experience participating in HR process automation or system implementation projects.
Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations.
Complete onboarding and familiarize yourself with WebPros’ HR systems, policies, and documentation standards.
Review payroll cycles, benefits processes, and employee records.
Understand current workflows and automation opportunities.
Independently manage documentation for employee lifecycle events.
Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of absence and benefits data.
Contribute to process improvement discussions and system optimization initiatives.
Fully manage HR administration processes with minimal supervision.
Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or workflow improvements.
Ensure full compliance and accuracy in HR documentation and reporting.
Lead or actively contribute to implementation of new HR tools or automation initiatives.
Improve documentation standards or reporting efficiency.
Demonstrate strong ownership of HR operational excellence.
You are highly independent and take ownership of your work without needing constant supervision.
