Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year
Job Shift: DayMUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

Qualifications, Duties, PerksWhat You Will Be Doing:
(Includes, but not limited to)
- Provide guidance and practical support to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and performance improvement plans
- Partner with managers to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Manage the pre‑onboarding workflow, ensuring timely completion of background checks, file setup, compliance forms, and new hire communication
- Work closely with Recruitment to ensure seamless handoffs from candidate selection to Day 1 readiness
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and HR processes with clarity, accuracy, and empathy
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions, reporting, and compliance
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Support ADA interactive process, coordinating accommodation requests, documentation, and follow‑through with employees and leaders
- Support annual HR initiatives such as performance reviews, merit cycles, and engagement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions including CA State Hiring Laws, Onboarding, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, FMLA, ADA
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
