Job Description

JOB

Perform HR Generalist duties focus on Business Partnering, Recruiting, New Hire Orientation, HR Reports, HRIS, Employment Contract, HR operations and administration.

Collaborate with HR Manager and another HR Generalist to perform HR duties on timely manner and efficiently.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

Business Partnering

  • Be a Business Partner for the Sheraton Sales Gallery.
  • Handle employee relations, performance issues working closely with Managers and HR Manager.
  • Employee contact for inquiries/questions

Recruiting

  • Work with HR Manager setting recruiting strategies.
  • Responsible for entire recruiting process such as
  • Maintain JDs and job requisitions
  • Manage recruitment portal/job boards
  • Manage the selection process including conducting intake meetings, conducting screening interviews, arranging interviews with hiring managers, conducting background/reference check, offer meetings
  • Draft offer letters
  • Point of contact between candidates and MVCI Japan

Onboarding/Induction

  • Organize and conduct onboarding orientation
  • Monitor new hires onboarding, follow up with new hires and business leaders to assist if requires

HR Reports

  • Maintain and update HR KPIs
  • Monitor headcount

HRIS (Workday)

  • Responsible for HRIS transactions related to recruiting and onboarding
  • Validate and ensure that employee records are updated and accurate
  • Solving issues with support from Associate Service Canter

Human Resources Project

  • Participate in HR projects and assignments as and when required

Administration

  • Maintain and update employment’s personal file such as employment agreements/contracts
  • Ensure proper filing and accurate maintenance of all employee records
  • Provide translation services as required

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment (Direct Sourcing) and 3 years of experience in handling employee relations and performance issues.
  • Basic knowledge of Japan labor law
  • Business level of English ( speaking, reading and writing)
  • Native Japanese or Business level of Japanese + Native Chinese
  • Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Must be willing to be in flexible working locations (required to be at Sheraton Sales Gallery in Chiba 2 times a week)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability prioritizes tasks
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent organizational and attention to details
  • Liaise with HR and other departments

  • 従業員からの問い合わせ窓口

採用業務

  • HRマネージャーと協働し、採用戦略を策定
  • 採用プロセス全般を担当
  • 職務記述書(JD)および求人票の管理
  • 採用ポータル/求人媒体の管理
  • 選考プロセスの管理(インテークミーティング、スクリーニング面接、面接調整、バックグラウンド/リファレンスチェック、オファーミーティング)
  • オファーレターの作成
  • 候補者とMVCI Japanの窓口対応

オンボーディング/導入研修

  • オンボーディングオリエンテーションの企画・実施
  • 新入社員のオンボーディングをモニタリングし、必要に応じて新入社員やビジネスリーダーをサポート

HRレポート

  • HR KPIの維持・更新
  • ヘッドカウントのモニタリング

HRIS(Workday)

  • 採用およびオンボーディング関連のHRIS取引を担当
  • 従業員記録の更新・正確性を確認
  • アソシエイトサービスセンターのサポートを受けながら問題解決

人事プロジェクト
必要に応じてHRプロジェクトや課題に参加

管理業務

  • 雇用契約書など従業員の個人ファイルを維持・更新
  • 適切なファイリングと従業員記録の正確な管理を確保
  • 必要に応じて翻訳サービスを提供

応募者プロフィール(CANDIDATE PROFILE)
必須要件
• 学士号取得
採用業務(ダイレクトソーシング)で最低3年の経験、および従業員関係・パフォーマンス課題対応で3年以上の経験
• 日本労働法の基礎知識
ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話・読解・ライティング)
ネイティブレベルの日本語、またはビジネスレベルの日本語+ネイティブレベルの中国語
Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teamsの使用に習熟
柔軟な勤務場所に対応可能(週2回、千葉のSheratonセールスギャラリー勤務必須)
