Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing end-to-end human resources support across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, learning support, compliance, and HR reporting. The role ensures consistent application of HR policies while supporting business objectives and employee engagement.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding ; Coordinate pre-employment requirements and pre-boarding activities
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Employee Records & HR Administration, address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and support conflict resolution and workplace investigations
  • Promote employee engagement and positive work culture (thru organizing company event)
  • Identify training needs in coordination with business leaders
  • Assist in payroll inputs and validation, administer employee benefits (leave, insurance, allowances, etc.)
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations (office, plant common areas, amenities)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
