🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a service-minded, proactive, and highly organized HR & General Affairs (GA) Officer to join us on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will be at the heart of our associate services—managing welfare benefits, coordinating key administrative tasks, and supporting major HR projects to keep our operations running smoothly.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Benefits & Engagement (50%): Lead the administration of employee benefits (such as canteen operations, group insurance, and expense claims) and organize exciting HR events to build a vibrant team culture.

  • Fleet & Travel Coordination (15%): Manage pool cars, fleet cards, and support employee travel arrangements efficiently.

  • General Affairs & Vendor Management (15%): Handle invoicing and billing for administrative expenses (e.g., car rentals, office supplies) and build strong relationships with external suppliers.

  • Uniform Administration (10%): Oversee the end-to-end annual uniform ordering and distribution process.

  • HR Project Support & Compliance (10%): Support internal and external audits (including ISO standards) and participate in various HR department initiatives.

Qualifications

🎓 Qualifications We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.

  • 2–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, HR Operations, or a similar capacity.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service mind.

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Good command of both written and spoken English
