Company Background:

Our client is a Malaysia-based technology company specializing in data center infrastructure solutions, including UPS systems, power converters, and micro data centers that ensure stable power supply and efficient IT operations.

(JD):

• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculation and timely payment to employees.
• Handle statutory submissions and ensure compliance with government regulations, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, overtime claims, and maintain HR records.
• Prepare and update employee documentation, reports, and personnel files.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters and employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Job Requirements (JR):

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR working experience.
• Familiar with payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory submissions.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR practices will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Location: Senai, Johor
Salary Range: RM6k - RM9k
Working Hours: 8am - 6pm
